THE GRADUATE PROGRAM
Successful candidates will join a cohort of graduate trainees who have an interest and demonstrated skills in the areas of design, development, strategy, data analysis, content and project management. You may start as a trainee, but you'll be an integral part of the team.
We will encourage you to work to your strengths, help develop new skills and nurture you to succeed in your professional future. Expect Liquid to be different - you will tackle complex challenges, work closely with teams on real projects and face a steep but exciting learning curve.
Core areas of learning
The program will provide you with a suite of relevant and in-demand skills that are highly regarded in today's digital industry. Depending on your field of interest and the projects you are assigned during your program, you will have the opportunity to learn a range of skills.
Whether your skills lie in design, coding, content writing, data analysis or project management you'll have a tailored program to hone your craft for the future, and also learn vital skills in other areas through placements in other teams.

What do we look for?
This is an opportunity for recent graduates with a Bachelors' degree in any discipline. We are looking people with great potential and a positive attitude, one that fits our culture and will help you to make the most of your time at Liquid. When we review your application, we are looking for:
- At least one skill or craft that you are very good at and passionate about. This could be communications, data analysis, digital design, research skills or another skill that fits within a digital business.
- An interest in human centred design and a demonstrated appetite for learning. That you are egoless, collaborative and self-driven. People who have an interesting or unique educational background. This can be varied but if you have a degree in journalism, design, creative arts, psychology or any discipline that gives you an insight into human behaviour, we encourage you to apply.
