Celebrating at the 2018 iAwards
When a government successfully delivers on their customers' desire for a one-stop shop platform for government services to join up, come to them and be personalised to their needs and outcomes, it should be celebrated. When this platform is then recognised for excellence in innovation, it should definitely be celebrated.
The Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), the nation’s peak industry body for the technology sector, awarded two (well-deserved!) merits to the MyAccount pilot platform at the 2018 Queensland iAwards. AIIA’s iAwards, now celebrating 25 years, is Australia’s leading awards program for innovation in the digital economy.
Liquid Interactive is proud to be a long-serving partner of the One-Stop Shop and a critical part of the MyAccount product journey, from its very conception as part of an innovation sprint exploring the topic of 'a personalised government’ through to product strategy, UX & UI design and development. There were several organisations that contributed to the MyAccount platform including QUT and ThoughtWorks amongst many others.
For us, this is a great reminder of why we engage early with government on big problems and push hard for creative innovations that sit at the crossroad of market desirability and government feasibility.
We also congratulate the One-Stop Shop team and all of the other collaborators.
